During the homegoing of former President Jimmy Carter, only one person seems to speak with the President-Elect and guess who the former President was that was gracious enough to speak? LOL even though Trump didn't stand and show respect when former President Obama was introduced. Wait, the Clinton's didn't really engage with anyone, Former First Lay Michelle Obama wasn't present due to a scheduling conflict and former president George w. Bush rubbed Barack's belly,(I have no clue what that was about...LOL).
